Weight Loss Program
This diet really works I tried it and lost 15 pound's in my first three weeks and decided to put it up I called it the interprods diet.
The first thing I am going to tell you is DO NOT CONSUME ANY SODA, AND OR BREAD!
And I highly recommend 45 minutes of Cardio as supposed to Walking.
Option One
1. Two scrambled eggs. With 6 oz of Orange Juice.[Breakfast]
2. One apple with Peanut Butter and Water. [Lunch]
3. Water && Crackers (Preferably no more than 8 crackers) with Cream Cheese. With Water.[Dinner]
Option Two
1. One banana, six strawberries, and thirteen berries,
With 4 oz of milk. [Breakfast]
2. Light Salad with Vinegar && Tomatoes. With Water. [Lunch]
3. A light steak with Water. [Dinner]
Option Three
1. Oatmeal with 6 oz of Orange Juice.
2. Chicken with Rice and Water.
3. Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Water. Keep it Portioned. [Dinner]
Option Four
1. A Nutri Grain Bar with 6 oz of Orange Juice
2. Veggies with Rice. with Orange Juice.
3. Mashed Potatoes with Chicken and Water. Keep it Portioned. [Dinner]
